The staff was so friendly and room were clean and equipped enough for this class of hotels.
The only problem for me was the noise. The hotel is situated one of the big main street in Grenoble, so there was a lot of traffic noise all day and night long.

The city is within walking distance though not extremely close & the hotel is surrounded by plenty of public parkings. The hotel does offer private parking but the public parkings are generally free between 7pm & 9am. We booked a private parking but managed to get a public parking & the staff allowed us to cancel the booking for parking. We visited the museum of resistance and also found out an imteresting fact of the hotel being occupied by the Italians during wwii. The hotel has a lift with 24 hour reception. The Internet connection is good & friendly staff. There is also a pharmacy just down the road.

This hotel is a real gem! the location couldn't be better - just a stone's throw away from a tram stop and a short stroll from the city centre. The staff here are absolutely wonderful, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with excellent air conditioning to keep you comfortable. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious, with a great selection to choose from. I especially loved the attention to detail, including tea making facilities in the bedroom. All in all, a fantastic stay!
Nothing to complain about, everything was spot on.

Very friendly staff; very nice, clean bathroom; breakfast is good; nice decor inside.
Neighbourhood is not the nicest, but downtown is a short tram ride away; internet connection was spotty at times; because of the location, it is a great place if all you need is a comfy place to sleep, but your intent is walk around and enjoy Grenoble, I would lean towards a different location.

It is perfectly located; 10 minutes walk to the city center with free parking. Rooms are clean and nice.
Very bad isolation. The guest can hear each other. The doors of the rooms are too close and if someone would like to open its door it can wake you up in the middle of the night with opsetion that someone is breaking into your room. Too expencive breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation and nearby establishments. The parking space was safe and secured. The staff were hospitable and provided prompt service.
The hotel room was in poor condition, with dated amenities and unpleasant odor. The lack of complimentary coffee or tea facilities was inconvenient.

Good location - within easy reach of the centre plus some nice bars closer at hand. Pleasant staff (including 24-hour reception). Breakfast was good value. And Grenoble itself is a fine little city.
There was a lot of building work going on nearby during my stay, meaning noise in the daytime plus quite a lot of cement dust around so the air was drier and less pleasant than one might have hoped for in an Alpine city.
